Meli’s Breakfast & Tacos

Saw this new breakfast place open, decided to try it out. Everything looks really clean and the staff were friendly. The prices were fairly decent and the food was terrific. Would come here again. The location is inside of the BP gas station which makes it convenient to fill up and get food at the same time. They have a high table to eat at in case you want to eat there.

Amazing service and even better food. I went in for breakfast, and I'm hooked. The server was so polite, and the chef was too. Small place that packs a BIG punch of taste! Their sauces were super tasty, and the spicy one IS spicy.Loved it. Can't wait to try the whole menu

I had to use the restroom, so my husband stopped at this BP gas station. This is where Meli's is located. I noticed that it was very clean and my husband and I tried the birria crunch wrap and the breakfast melt. The birria crunch wrap was HUGE and the birria meat was so flavorful and generously portioned. The breakfast melt was equally delicious--I highly recommend the steak one because their steak is seasoned very well. My husband got a mangonada and I tried it--it was so unique and so good--I will be getting one the next time that we go here. This appears to be a carryout spot but they do have a few seats inside. Who would've known such outstanding Mexican food could be found in a gas station!

Being from California i love my breakfast burritos, it's hard to find great breakfast burritos outside of California. But OMG melis mailed it. They just got a regular customer from me.. The burrito and salsa were some of the best I've had outside of California. Amazing

I ordered the plate of red enchiladas (I should have included it as the main review pic but I ate it too quickly) and it was delicious. I got an order of steak tacos which were also good. The best part is that a lot of other Mexican restaurants overlook the rice and beans which I end up not eating but NOT this place they were tasty.

Ordered a quesadilla after buying gas. This is my first time here. I will say the food stayed hot on the drive home. The recommendation of creamy sauce was on point and the quesadilla had plenty of flavor. Would definitely stop by again.

Don't underestimate this place just because it's inside of a gas station! It's the most flavorful Mexican/American food I've had in Racine. It's always the small family run places that are the best and they ARE the best. I ordered a barria crunch wrap, flautas, and 3 steak tacos with a large strawberry horchata to wash it down. Ate the tacos so fast so theres no picture of it lol but all the food is so full of flavors it makes your mouth water, not just salty but SEASONED so well. The sides like rice and beans and guac are fantastic too. The dipping sauces are great, mild and not spicy for me & hot and spicy for my husband. Please go here and get some wonderful food from these amazing people!

Very close to home made Mexican food! Why thing was on point I highly recommended to try the green chilaquiles with beef (asada) on top ! Agua de horchata it’s really good!
